A Community Champion is a special sponsorship program that allows residents and business owners of Sault Ste. Marie the chance to participate in this unique fundraising project for the John Howard Society and the United Way.

Every Community Champion has the opportunity to submit a story, photos or videos of why they love Sault Ste. Marie to be posted on the I Luv the Soo web site. Every Community Champion is also listed in the Community Champions page on the site.
- A tax receipt issued by the John Howard Society for $150.
If applicable, you may deduct your donation from your income tax with this receipt, making your final donation only $35!
